How I Built MyCircle’s Dual Experience, A Patient App and Clinician Dashboard That Strengthen Healthcare Communities

MyCircle is a digital platform developed for healthcare providers to connect patients with shared health experiences through secure, clinician-guided communities. I designed both the patient app and clinician dashboard, creating intuitive flows for peer support, resource sharing, and engagement tracking. The result is an inclusive, accessible platform that strengthens patient well-being through meaningful digital connection and extends the reach of traditional care.

My Role

I led the end-to-end design of both the patient-facing app and clinician dashboard, translating complex healthcare needs into clear, human-centered digital experiences. I defined content architecture, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy to support accessibility, engagement, and emotional resonance.

Designed an inclusive scheduling flow that lets patients set up group or peer meetings directly, without relying on clinician facilitation.

Popups

Designed contextual popups using expressive mascot illustrations and color-coded styling to humanize error states, reduce user frustration, and guide resolution with clear next steps.
